The room was very nice with all the amenities, even the shampoo and conditioner was great. Loved the setup with the queen bed and a couch living area and there was even a pull curtain that could separate into two rooms. Would def be our fav go to place since price was fair as well. TV channels are even nice with all the different movie channels. Would recommend and will be coming back for sure.

At the heart of the McCormick area and the South Loop. The building is combined with two other Hilton brands, so don’t be confused if you notice that this address is the same as others. The low price for this hotel compared to others is why it gets a bump. The views can be very nice from the high floors with relatively unobstructed views. Basic facilities are present. Lobby is cozy and nice. Otherwise, breakfast is lackluster, the rooms were okay (but bed not as plush as other locations), and don’t expect any cheap parking in the area. Feel free to book this for your business conferences.

We booked 2 suites for family vacation, called before booking to ensure pool is available. Upon arrival we were told pool is out of order!! Vacation ruined for the kids. Bathroom is a sliding door that does not close well nor lock!! Very strange. Car parking is robbery, they charge per the hour if u use the car. Breakfast variety is poor at this proce point. Not happy.

We booked online and checked in late as we were traveling long distance. Everyone from the valets, check in counter employees, breakfast attendants, Len the pool man, and even the security guy were ALL so nice and seemed like they really loved their jobs. Beautiful hotel. Room was just a tiny bit small for my family of 3. We were tripping over one another a little. But the place was beautiful and clean and in a decent neighborhood. We'll definitely stay again if we're back in the area.

When we arrived on Friday night, the room smelled like dirty feet. There was a curly black hair on the nightstand. On Saturday afternoon, we got a text asking us how everything was, and I let them know. When we got back to the room, it smelled the same. However, on Sunday afternoon, we returned to the room to find a gift bag with a bottle of water, a piece of canday and a sweet roll, saying "Sorry we missed a spot!" So, by the third day of our visit, they acknowledged the issue and it smelled like maybe they sprayed some Lysol, but it still did not smell great. Besides that, the fridge did not work properly. As others have mentioned, the doors are loud and there was loud noise on Cernak street until very late. The parking was expensive -- $47/night if you park yourself, $57/night for valet, and we did not feel safe walking from the parking lot late at night. There is a nice view from the rooftop, and we ate breakfast there a couple of days, but when we tried to go up on the roof on Sunday night (to look at the lights and unwind on our last night in Chicago), the elevator wouldn't go to that floor. We asked the desk and they said we could walk to the lobby next door and access the roof. We walked over and there were people smoking pot on the sidewalk out front, and inside the lobby there was some kind of checkpoint where it looked like they were going through people's backpacks, so we chickened out, went back to our loud, smelly, dirty room and called it a night.

Immediately upon arrival the staff was great at the front desk. They were warm and welcoming, just what we needed after a day of travel. The hotel stay was short for us but I can say that we didn’t have any complaints outside of the fact that our room was extremely toasty. Although the weather in Chicago was a bit chillier (40s/rainy) it seemed like the room temperature never really got cooler which led to a night of toss and turns because we were uncomfortable. Overall nice stay, just wish it wasn’t so hot in the room making it somewhat of an unbearable night making me want to expedite my stay. Pretty convenient location for travel by Lyft/uber not really within walking distance to much else outside of a few restaurants nearby. They do have a rooftop restaurant bar, super cool and a few bars nearby but nothing a quick Lyft from the hotel can’t change. Hotel parking is quite expensive but cheaper than surrounding. You might be better off not renting if you don’t need to get around. However, if you are planning to travel around like us then I would recommend parking in the lot next to the hotel, (you do not get in and out access) and walk/commute other places.
